Operations are conducted in Ukraine through “T.M.M.”-Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of TMM Real Estate Development Public Limited.
TMM Company, Ukraine (henceforth 'TMM'), is one of the leading real estate developers and construction firms in Ukraine focusing on the middle and upper end residential property segment. TMM has been operating on the Ukrainian real estate and construction market since 1994 and currently represents a vertically integrated group of companies delivering residential, office, and commercial real estate projects. TMM acts as a developer of its own projects and provides general contractor services to third parties.
TMM's value chain consists of the following areas:
  • development;
  • general construction and assembly works;
  • construction materials production, including production of concrete, processing of metal, production of windows and other glass constructions, assembly of ventilation and air-conditioning systems;
  • project and design activities through an in-house engineering center;
  • property management and maintenance services.
During its history, TMM has completed 32 projects with a total area of over 750,000 sq. m. The projects of the company are located in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, and Kherson region.

Микола Толмачов – засновник і генеральний директор Компанії ТММ. Займає посаду генерального директора компанії з моменту її заснування в 1992 році. Микола Толмачов є заступником Голови Ради директорів Конфедерації будівельників України. Закінчив Харківський авіаційний інститут з відзнакою в 1984 році. Отримав кваліфікацію економіста в Харківському національному університеті ім. В.М. Каразіна та захистив кандидатську дисертацію в Харківському авіаційному інституті.
Лариса Чивуріна є членом ради директорів з червня 2007 року. Займає посаду фінансового директора Компанії ТММ з січня 2005. Раніше, з 1994 по 2005 рр., займала посаду головного бухгалтера Компанії. Закінчила Харківський авіаційний інститут, отримавши кваліфікацію інженера-механіка. Отримала кваліфікацію економіста в Харківському національному університеті ім. В.М. Каразіна.
